- Controle e organização de contratos existentes de fornecedores, visando mantê-los sempre vigentes e, quando necessário, participar de cotações para mudança dos mesmos;
- Gestão de equipes de limpeza, manutenção e recepção, montando estratégias para melhor atender nossos clientes internos;
- Atendimento às solicitações internas de mudanças de layout do escritório;
- Coordenação das manutenções anuais de acordo com o cronograma (limpeza de carpete, dedetização, etc.);
- Organização de compras administrativas e processos de pagamento, com foco em redução de despesas e sustentabilidade;
- Processamento e controle das solicitações de reembolso e encaminhamento para tesouraria efetuar o pagamento.
- Bom relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipe;
- Excelente organização;
- Agilidade e gerenciamento de conflitos e imprevistos;
- Habilidade de negociação e influência;
- Habilidade em gestão de projetos;
- Excelente habilidade em gestão de equipe.
- Senso de Urgência Requisitos Técnicos:
- Ensino médio completo;
- Ensino superior completo desejável;
- Excel avançado;
- Desejável inglês avançado;
