Key responsibilities:
Establish and develop strong long-term relationships with clients in Latam and key persons on client's sideUnderstand client business specifics and how it operatesIn collaboration with client's key persons identify potential issues and problems client business may face to propose solutions to solve themAnalyze client's business and client's competitors projects to identify and propose new potential business developments opportunities to the clientAnalyze and track key projects metricsBe responsible for the general client satisfactionMeetings with clientsResolve ongoing issues and problemsPrepare reports and invoices

Requirements:
Written and spoken English ~B2Native or Proficient level of PortugueseUpper-intermediate or higher level of SpanishStrong communication, negotiation and analytical skillsPrevious experience in creating and implementing strong relationships with clients1+ years in account management and/or customer success managementExperience in gambling is an advantage, but not a must
