Position Overview:

As a Logistics Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods from from our suppliers to our warehouses, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery.

You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory levels, coordinating transportation, and enhancing overall supply chain processes to support our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply

Chain Management:
Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring seamless integration and coordination with suppliers, warehouses, and distribution centers

Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand

Transportation Coordination:
Manage relationships with carriers and logistics service providers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate transportation schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

Process Optimization:
Analyze current logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data on supply chain performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintain accurate records, and manage necessary documentation for international shipments.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience with an e-commerce businessProficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
