    Talent Acquisition Role
    At our company, we're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with top finance talent across the globe.

    In this role, you'll lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, exploring new channels for sourcing candidates at scale. You'll work closely with colleagues and founders to shape and expand our network of exceptional professionals.

    The ideal candidate has 3-8+ years of experience in recruiting finance & accounting talent. They should possess strong ability to source high-quality candidates using both active and passive techniques, ideally across multiple regions (with APAC and LATAM experience being especially valuable).
