    Requirements:

    · 5+ years of experience in Citrix implementation, support, and troubleshooting

    · Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Citrix certification (or in the process of obtaining)

    · Microsoft certification (desirable)

    · Ability to understand technical issues and effectively communicate solutions to clients

    · Team player with a proactive attitude

    · Motivated to grow both personally and professionally

    Technical skills:

    · Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)

    · Citrix Cloud

    · NetScaler (desirable)

    · Azure Virtual Desktop (desirable)

    · Strong support and troubleshooting skills

    · Active Directory

    · General networking knowledge

    · Experience with hypervisors/cloud platforms

    Job Description:

    As a Citrix Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Citrix technologies for our large and medium-sized Australian clients. You will also implement complementary Microsoft and other vendor technologies, ranging from centralized thin client administration systems to cloud deployments. Working closely with Citrix Architects and other Engineers, you will deliver multi-vendor solutions that enhance end-user compute experiences for our clients.
