    Summary:

    We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support our global M&A divestiture initiative. The role involves managing the disposition of 150+ applications across multiple regions, including collaboration with Japan-based teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead global application disposition efforts, ensuring timely completion within Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
