Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Application Support Specialist.

• This role involves providing technical support and monitoring using Dynatrace, troubleshooting issues in Linux-based environments, ensuring observability and performance optimization of applications, collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability, writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar;
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support with at least 3 years of Dynatrace experience;
2. Experience with Linux environments;
3. SQL knowledge (other database experience is also considered);
4. Experience in Observability/Monitoring tools (Dynatrace preferred);
