    Funções e Responsabilidades:

    • Gerenciar documentos, incluindo contratos, relatórios e correspondências;
    • Organizar agendas e compromissos;
    • Controlar processos administrativos, tais como compras e manutenção de registros;
    • Preparar e revisar documentos oficiais e relatórios;
    • Atender solicitações internas e externas;
    • Auxiliar na comunicação entre departamentos;
    • Distribuir cartas, e-mails e documentos internos;
    • Auxiliar na preparação de apresentações;
    • Dar suporte ao financeiro e às compras.

    Requisitos

    Conhecimento em Excel é requisito diferencial.
