    Responsible for the project management of the MdB fleet, aiming to achieve the project objectives: project scope of work, complying with the stipulated specifications and with the quality, schedule, budget (cost control) and HSSE requirements required, for all those involved in the project.

    Responsibilities and assignments
    We are looking for a professional to work as OFFSHORE PLANNING ENGINEER to develop activities such as:

    Ensure project scope definition by identifying activities that require production stoppage and limited due date of MODEC's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to identify the appropriate execution window for each project.

    Increase project scope by identifying activities that require production shutdown and limited due date of MODEC's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to identify the appropriate execution window for each project.

    Execute the Risk Assessment and Risk Management processes of the projects, by performing Risk Assessment brainstorming with the necessary stakeholders, compiling and analyzing all the risks raised, issuing the Risk Register, identifying possible Response Plan actions and monitoring the progress these actions.

    Coordinate planning activities ensuring that engineering, procurement and construction schedules are met and project goals are met.

    Coordinate internal functions (Operations on & offshore, Fleet Services, Engineering, Sourcing, HSSE,...) to ensure timely execution of the project within budget and quality and to ensure the engagement of all key internal and external stakeholders.

    Manage contractors and suppliers ensuring their commitment to the company's policies and procedures and to the project objectives (goals) following the compliance standards.

    Support the conduction of project meetings with the client, launch meeting, pre-project meetings (contractors and suppliers), monthly/weekly progress reviews, and project closing meetings.

    Ensure and consider the execution of the Project for both Operations and Organization, playing a proactive role in the solution and prevention of problems and identifying potential risk factors, which may impact the schedule, providing feedback to the operation managers in case of any anomalies identified or unexpected events.

    Ensure that the activities performed strictly follow the drawings, specifications and requirements of the applicable legislation and internal procedures of MdB.Support the management and approval of all Measurement Bulletins avoiding unexpected and extra costs.

    Ensure a proper communication and interaction between all stakeholders, engaging and getting support from other departments, due to different interests or points of view.

    Ensure all the detailed information are received to guarantee a proper planning of the projects, due to the many different departments and stakeholders involved in the process.
