We are hiring an Executive Search Senior Associate to support our CEO and COO across high-impact searches in Technology and Financial Services. This role combines deep research, pipeline development, and end-to-end recruiting to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Research & Sourcing (60%): Conduct structured research, market mapping using various tools, including LinkedIn and AI technology to identify potential candidates


• End-to-end Recruiting (30%): Build candidate pipelines, conduct first-round screens, prepare concise candidate summaries, support client communications, coordinate interviews and other steps of the hiring process


• Business Development Support (10%): Research companies and markets; build prospect lists; bring new ideas for business growth;
