    Instructional Designer Position

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instructional Designer to join our global learning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT), Instructor-Led (ILT), and Online Learning (OLT/eLearning) programs.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of instructional design, from defining learning objectives and outlining content to collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and delivering high-quality courses.

    • Design, develop, and deliver ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs that meet business goals and quality standards.
