    Job Description

    We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.


    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in SaaS or IT company
    • Experience in API integrations, WhatsApp API, or Agentic AI is highly desired
    • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
