Requirements

Responsibilities:
Develop advanced analytics models and reports using SQL, PowerBI, and preferably Tableau to inform and guide business decisionsEngage with stakeholders across the organization to grasp business challenges, devise analytical strategies, and effectively communicate data insightsCreate, manage, and optimize data pipelines in Snowflake and DBT to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytics purposesConduct detailed analyses of business data, including financial, sales, and customer information, to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risksLead the implementation and continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and user expectationsProvide training and support to business users on data analytics and visualization tools, enabling them to make informed decisionsStay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, adopting best practices to enhance our data capabilities continuously

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst role, with proficiency in SQL and PowerBIBasic understanding of Python, Snowflake, and DBT, with a willingness to further develop these skillsProven expertise in data modeling, analysis, and visualization, with a preference for Tableau proficiencyStrong analytical skills, capable of managing, analyzing, and sharing extensive data sets accurately and effectivelyProficient in developing queries, writing reports, and presenting findings, simplifying complex data into actionable insightsAdvanced or fluent English language skills, enabling comprehension of business requirements and translation into technical specificationsExcellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, facilitating work across different teams and disciplines

Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role, showcasing the ability to guide and mentor junior analystsExperience with Tableau

Annual Salary Range:
From 70,000 to 120,000 Brazilian Real, depending on experience and qualifications.
