Job Title: Transportation Specialist

Job Description:

The transportation specialist will play a key role in supporting our e-commerce operations for North America. This involves working closely with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders to execute daily transportation management functions.

• Track and trace shipments in North America (sales, returns, trade-ins, replacements) to identify possible delays.
• Analyze weekly and monthly on-time delivery metrics (OTD) for North America.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. The ideal candidate should have transportation experience, preferably within parcel transportations or warehouse settings.
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and SQL as well as possess excellent analytical skills.

The ability to navigate ambiguity is crucial while being able to follow up with cross-functional teams.
The selected individual will also require detail-orientedness coupled with the capacity of functioning under tight deadlines with an immense sense of urgency.

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
