    We believe that we need to understand the problems and how people are affected with them in order to create good solutions. Writing code is a side-effect of that.

    Personal skills

    • Strong sense of ownership and commitment.

    Technical skills

    • Problem solving with Python.
    • Software engineering design patterns.
    • Back-end engineering with tools such as Django and Flask.
    • Understanding of human - frontend - backend - infrastructure interaction.
    • API design and documentation.
    • Software testing.

    The bar

    • This is a position for a mid-level engineering profile or higher.
    • At least four years of experience with application development with Python.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or experience.
