    About the Role:

    • As a Project Finance and M&A Specialist, you will support our growth across LATAM by performing advanced financial analysis, developing robust financial models, and assisting in structuring complex transactions.
    • You will work closely with our team to provide analytical, strategic, and execution support throughout the transaction lifecycle.

    We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in project finance, M&A or a similar role. You should have proficiency in financial modeling tools (Excel, VBA) and experience in cross-border transactions within LATAM markets.
