Job summary
We are looking for Analyst Support who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role, you will take calls and Tickets from servicenow, maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and be available in case we need backup for work and cover other colleagues during shifts. You will also monitor service desk activity, including tracking open vs. closed tickets and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that end-users are satisfied with the support provided. Participate in team reviews, suggest process improvements, and collaborate with IT teams to enhance service quality.
