Job responsibilities would include:

1. Monitoring and optimizing Amazon and/or Mercado Libre accounts
2. Utilizing keyword analysis software to improve Amazon listings and ads
3. Opening and monitoring support tickets on Amazon Vendor and Seller Central
4. Uploading and performing upkeep on product listings on Amazon and/or Mercado Libre
5. Answering customer questions on Amazon and/or Mercado Libre
6. Cataloging and documenting large amounts of data in an organized fashion for future use
7. Exclusivity to Carson
8. 40 hours of work a week
9. Availability during US work hours (Monday-Friday between 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST)

Ideal candidates:

1. Are able to speak, read, and write fluent English at C2 level required
2. Multilingual in at least two languages, must be fluent in Portuguese
3. Must have experience with Mercado Libre account management
4. Understanding of SEO/SEA keyword optimization and ads concepts are a plus, but will train the right candidate
5. Have a good internet connection, and a computer with a web-cam
6. Have experience in an e-commerce and/or marketing setting
7. Are comfortable with technology and using the internet
8. Have experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
9. Are good collaborators, and work well within a team setting
10. Are a quick study, and detail oriented
11. Ability to notice small errors, keep information organized, and ask questions as often as necessary to complete work correctly.
