    As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will help craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of Palqee products - including the PalqeeOS and PAM.

    Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent Palqee within a customer's environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.

    You have customer success management experience in a B2B SaaS company with 5 years of experience.
    # RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with Palqee's strategic clients on a regular basis, using written channels and meeting face-to-face; Provide ongoing guidance, support, and technical solutions to their problems - focusing and owning product adoption and day-to-day usage; Conduct regular feedback sessions; Be the technical expert with an in-depth understanding of the PalqeeOS; Own the implementation cycle and migration of new strategic accounts, from planning to delivery; Analyze user behavior and feedback on a regular basis; Help sales and tech teams prioritise features requests based on customer needs and feedback; Provide client training on existing and new features; Manage client expectations of future implementations and timelines; Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction achieving a trusted advisor role; Identify and write client related content and use cases; Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for new features; Actively participate in sales calls as a technical member of the team. # REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 5 years proven experience as Enterprise Account Manager in a B2B SaaS company; Fluent professional written and spoken English and Portuguese; Previous experience in systems implementation or management consulting is a plus; # WHAT WE OFFER Be a part of a fast-growing technology startup shaping the future of GRC, Data Protection and AI Trustworthiness; R$ R$18.000 monthly salary, based on experience; Full-time sub-contractor role (PJ); Stock Options included; Family friendly work conditions and environment; Remote work + Flexi-hours; Opportunity to relocate to one of our global offices; Tickets for the best conferences in the industry; Budget for training, material and development; Opportunity to enrich our Spotify playlist We value diversity at Palqee, we know that innovation thrives on teams where diverse points of view come together to solve hard problems in ways that are just now possible.
