- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications using React.
- Translate design mockups and user stories into functional, responsive web applications.
- Implement clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability by addressing database performance, security, and other relevant considerations.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers when necessary.
- Extensive experience in web application development with React.
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is highly desired, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience with React Native and/or production-grade app development is a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering web applications to production environments.
- Strong understanding of database performance optimization, security best practices, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently without constant supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.
- BS/MS in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
