    Position:

    The Client Development Specialist is responsible for enhancing the overall client experience at the store in Thailand by fostering relationships with VICs, recruiting new clients, and coaching the store team on providing top-notch luxury services. The role involves driving new client recruitment through various channels and managing the in-store clienteling program.

    This position, based in Thailand, reports to the Retail Manager, Thailand.

    Profile:

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Proactively engage with clients to build relationships and encourage repeat visits
    • Implement new client development strategies to elevate client experience
    • Foster a customer-centric culture by focusing on new client recruitment and existing client development
    • Develop a diverse clientele base to maintain ongoing interest and engagement
    • Launch initiatives to recruit local clients through various partnerships
    • Ensure consistent in-store client experience to improve retention rates and attract new clients
    • Collaborate with the flagship store to manage private clients parlour and enhance service standards
    • Coach the store team and drive client engagement
    • Provide training on clienteling, products, and selling techniques
    • Share client feedback and sales opportunities
    • Implement programs to drive sales team performance
    • Record client information accurately in the system
    • Monitor top VIPs' activity and client trends
    • Review client development KPIs and devise action plans
    • Follow up on marketing events to inform the sales team
    • Additional Information:

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree
      • Strong understanding of luxury products
      • Minimum 8 years of experience in Client Development, preferably in luxury fashion
      • International mindset and market awareness
      • Strong analytical and project management skills
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      • Leadership abilities for team development
      • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure
      • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
