    Description

    Objective:

  • Structure RGM agenda from the ground, with deep understanding of all levers (Pricing, Promo, Mix, Portfolio).
  • Lead Pricing and Commercial policy structure review and their pillars (Channels, Regions, Brands, Sizes).
  • Partner with Commercial Finance for deal optimization such as Volume-on-Deal, commercial incentives,...
  • Responsible to lead and develop the future of promo strategy for all Kraft-Heinz brands, considering a holistic approach (Channel Shopper mission, Regional nuances, Future PPAs, Retailer and Future Packs, Mechanics, ROI and P4P).
  • Lead and develop the commercial budget planning process with various partners to ensure proper allocation in alignment with commercial strategy and deliver company margin targets.
  • Lead the Promotional Analytics and Insights agenda to extract insights to action.
  • Support commercial agenda and transformation.
  • Embed RGM agenda in company's main processes (e.g.: IBP, AOP)
  • Ensure alignment with KHC global RGM strategy, leverage company's existing tools and processes.
  • Support RGM team development and RGM concepts training for entire company (e.g.: Sales, Commercial Finance, Trade Mkt, etc).
  • Key Activities:

  • Finance peers to forecast cost pressures.
  • Marketing peers to model brand power.
  • Analytics peers to model elasticities.
  • Sales peers to understand constrains and opps.
  • Develop methodologies, review processes and influence to review investments, leading to improved fund management both for Promotions and Trade.
  • Apply consumer and shopper data to influence right pack, size, price point for each region and channel.
  • Partner with Category Finance to leverage Brands portfolio management, with R&D to enable right portfolio development and with Trade/Sales for flawless implementation.
  • Skills (Experiences / Education):

  • Robust experience in RGM process, capabilities and tools.
  • Robust financial knowledge.
  • Experience on structuring area, team and processes from the ground – lead agenda.
  • Language: Advanced English.
  • Nice to have: previous experience in Consumer Goods segment.
