- Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of Brazil's local IT system implementation plans, ensuring they align with global strategies and requirements.
- Project Management: Partner with HQ and external vendors to drive system implementation and guarantee efficient project delivery.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with local business units (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to provide operational support, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Compliance: Design and implement IT solutions that comply with Brazilian legal requirements, including tax regulations and data protection.
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT or Finance a related field.
- Fluent English is mandatory (daily use).
- MBA in Project Management is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP management and implementation, with expertise in Oracle EBS standard modules (CRM/SCM/Finance) and Brazilian localization solutions.
- A deep understanding of sales, supply chain, and finance operations.
- Proven ability to lead local system implementations in Brazil.
- Minimum of 2+ successfully delivered system implementation projects, with multinational project experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify business pain points and design effective solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure to coordinate with HQ on local deployment. EBS or Fusion
