Our client is a growing German multinational located in Blumenau and is looking for a HRBP that will drive people-related initiatives to enhance overall employee satisfaction and performance.
O que você irá fazerTechnically lead the internal and/or external recruitment and selection of people.

Acting in the elaboration, planning and implementation of personal development and professional training programs. Monitor internship and/or apprenticeship programs. Conduct the preparation of management reports containing information and statistical data inherent to the Human Resources area. Conduct onboarding programs for new employees. Manage job and salary programs of the company.

Acting in the company's human resources department on activities related to remuneration, training and development, personnel administration, benefits, recruitment and selection, labor relations, social service, and communication.
