Job Overview: With supervision, responsible for project management, research, analysis, and report preparation across various projects. Evaluating customer and competitor marketplaces, analyzing company performance metrics, and capabilities.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in executing projects related to business intelligence strategy
• Create presentations for internal and external clients
• Gain expertise in utilizing secondary market information sources
• Design and implement methods for customer and competitor intelligence gathering
• Identify patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in market data
• Develop relationships with external service providers for cost-effectiveness
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and timelines
• Collaborate efficiently with other departments and business units

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field; or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in essential job functions
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to gather, interpret, and report complex market data

• Interpret complex financial and operational reports
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
