Incubation (Massive): As an Incubation Lead, you need to lead the team to help new sellers become qualified e-commerce players on Shein, providing solutions to bring high-quality sellers to customers and the platform.

Responsibilities:
Set up the effective training standard operation process for incubation.
Build the seller self-study system based on the integration of various problems from sellers.
Identify and integrate sellers' needs and difficulties and provide long-term solutions.
Encourage and guide the team to have excellent performance with goal-driven solutions.
Track and improve the performance of new sellers delivered to our customers and platform.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in similar roles.

Good systematic and logical thinking ability, understanding the complexity of things, and the ability to consider problems from a global perspective.

English proficiency is mandatory, Mandarin is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
