No Relocation Assistance Offered# Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo, BrazilWHAT WILL YOU DO Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and develop management dashboards; Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analysis and other strategies that optimize the delivery of analyzes to the field team; Obtain data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems; Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets; Work with management to prioritize business and information needs; Locate and define new opportunities for process improvements; Development and monitoring of success indicators for the field team; Work with the Global IT area to find opportunities to improve the systems and tools used in the area; REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree (Preferably graduated in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Administration); Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques; Proven professional experience as a data analyst or business analyst; Experience with cloud (GCP, AWS or Snowflake - differential); Deep knowledge and experience with creating dashboards (Power BI, Tableau or DOMO - Differential) and databases (SQL); Advanced knowledge in Excel; Excellent analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; Enthusiasm for research, reporting and presentation of findings; Advanced English; DESIRABLE Knowledge in ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI);
