Descrição
Job Description
Lead developments of Flex Fuel engines for PHEV applications for Brazil in all aspects from system definition up to in field in production quality.
Cooperation with the local and global system suppliers as well as BYD.Global coordination of the design development, verification and validation.
Define development processes and guidelines together with the core teamTechnical responsibility and accountability for the developmentsBuild up a knowledge foundation for the powertrain hardware development teamBudget responsibility for the project under the leadershipDefine and execute verification and validation plans, robust development release and system sign off.
Job RequirementsEnglish skills (fluent).Soft skills required to work in global environnment.
Global experience and familiarity to work with different time zones and cultures.
Deep technical knowledge in hardware development, validation and quality control.
Experience in Flex Fuel hardware development for engines (PFi & GTDi) and powertrain systems.
Flexibility and open mind set.
Learning agility.
Strong analytical/ critical thinking, problem solving skills.
