- Identifying sectors/companies to be invested and prospect potential targets under the supervision of the senior team.
- Constructing the financial model and also reviewing and validating the model developed by the junior team.
- Coordinating the activities of the junior team and perform more complex analysis, supporting the decision-making process (e.g. Investment Committees; Boards, etc.).
- Conducting the operational, financial and accounting diligence, taking responsibility for the quality and criticality of the information and interface with senior management, thus ensuring its accuracy and delivery within the agreed deadlines.
- Providing inputs for contract construction discussions (Investment Agreement; Stockholders' Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding).
- Managing and directing the junior team, defining stages/deliveries and developing its technical training, thus ensuring the high-standard performance of investment activities.
- Undergraduate Degree concluded.
- Domain and experience (minimum of four years) on the topic of corporate finance (valuation, multiples, etc.).
- Solid oral and written communication skills, in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Office package domain.
- Desirable to have at least 1 year of experience in FP&A.
- Desirable CFA Certification.
