Method1 is a dynamic team of creative and media experts leveraging behavior science to craft impactful marketing campaigns for brands. As our team continues to grow, we are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to the team who's passionate about making a meaningful impact within our diverse portfolio of clients across the United States.

The Senior Project Manager at Method1 plays a critical role in shaping the trajectory of our marketing campaigns. You will be entrusted with overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, organizing the efforts of cross-disciplinary teams and providing creative solutions to deliver client work on time and within budget.

Essential Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain all project plans for our clients' marketing initiatives
• Attend weekly Client Status meetings and provide status updates for ongoing projects
• Collaborate with Creative Operations department to proactively allocate creative resources
• Communicate any changes in priority or milestones to the team and reconcile any resulting conflicts
• Proactively identify at-risk tasks and notify the team if key project milestones are in jeopardy
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have project management experience in marketing or advertising categories, or at minimum experience project managing creative projects
• Can communicate in fluent English (written and speaking) in a fast-paced environment
• Is able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST) hours
• Has experience working with modern project management software and resource allocation tools (i.e. , Asana, Jira, Hive, etc.)
• Is a proactive communicator who can identify issues in advance and solve them quickly
• Can independently manage 3 - 6 project plans simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Has reliable internet connection and sufficient computing power to support video conferencing, project management software, messaging, etc.
• Can clearly and effectively communicate ideas in writing and on video conference
• Can maintain excellent organizational practices with a high level of attention to detail
