Job Description:

Our team is building a cutting-edge FreeBSD Performance Monitoring Counter (PMC) framework, encompassing hwmon, libpmc, and pmcstat. This ambitious project involves development, testing, and collaboration with the upstream FreeBSD open-source community to integrate innovative features into FreeBSD.

1. Develop and enhance parts of the FreeBSD PMC framework (hwmon, libpmc, pmcstat)
2. Investigate and resolve performance-related issues within the FreeBSD kernel
3. Work closely with the upstream FreeBSD community to integrate changes into mainline FreeBSD
4. Provide support for performance monitoring tools on modern AMD hardware
5. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
