As Junior Project Planner you will be part of our Integrated Solutions Department.

You will be responsible for the provision and quality management of schedules, schedule risk assessments and progress reports for projects.

Key responsibilities:
In supporting projects teams, your day to day responsibilities will evolve around:

Project Support Work with Planning team, project manager, project controls team, procurement team, project engineers and document control to create/update logic schedule linked onshore and offshore project plans for submission to clientCreate and implement controls in accordance with internal MSS requests and Client reporting requirementsProvide progress reports against project baseline with information provided from procurement, engineering, document control, vessel daily reports etcAnalyze previous operations performance data to help support durations and logic for upcoming plansSupport project controls team to analyze risks impact on scheduleFollow up progress reports from subcontractors/suppliersSupport in presentations preparation and updateWho we are looking for: Part of your success depends on your ability to facilitate cross-functional collaborations.

Furthermore, we are also looking for someone who:
Have a bachelor's degree that supports Project Planner capabilities, or related areas.

Standard level experience working with planning packages such as Primavera and MS Project.experience in Oil and Gas projects, ideally with experience in subsea construction or moorings projects will be a plusPossess good interpersonal skills and enjoys teamwork.

You are collaborative and constructive in the approach to solving problemsFluent in verbal and writing communication in Portuguese and English is a must have for the positionWorking conditions:
Applicants should have a Work Permit to work in Brazil.
The role will be based onboard Maersk Supply Service vessels.
