- Treinamento de novos clientes;
- Análise, tratativa e direcionamento de demandas operacionais, visando a satisfação e cumprimento de SLA's.
- Ensino Médio Completo (Desejável Superior em andamento);
- Conhecimento em Excel intermediário;
