    The Role


    We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to assist Shopify merchants in getting the most out of our product. You will troubleshoot technical issues on storefronts customize themes for integrations communicate with clients via Intercom email calls create edit scripts for key features debug client-side issues collaborate with Developers on complex cases read modify code in our environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot technical problems on shopify websites
    • Create develop custom store designs using liquid templates
    • Carefully interact with clients over chat phone mail

    • At least one year experience working with html css javascript languages. Experienced designer capable of altering native themes by changing liquid coding.< / i >
      i Associated software programming skills like Liquid familiarization natural debugging knowledge solid verbal persuasion techniques Basic English language fluency.>i / li / ul }
