Job Overview

Field Support (Suporte de Campo)

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure mobile and portable radios, RF equipment, and infrastructure;
• Perform site coverage tests;
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance;
• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot issues;
• Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) for issue resolution;
• Complete and finalize service tickets.

Requirements

• Brazil - Aracaju/Sergipe location required;
• Técnico degree in Telecomunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Eletrotécnica (CFT mandatory);
• Experience in technical support and/or implementation of RF systems a plus;
• Familiarity with TETRA and APCO25 a plus;
• Knowledge of radio link installation and configuration;
• Understanding of IP networks a plus;
• Infrastructure knowledge including telecoms, RF, towers;
• NR35 working at heights certification mandatory;
• NR10 certification mandatory;
• Basic English conversation and writing skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Tools (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);
• Will require travel up to 70% of the time;
• Valid Category B CNH license.

$60,000 - $80,000 per year
