    Overall management of the Medical affairs function of the affiliate. Delivering of on strategic business enabling pillars ensuring compliance with its internal processes, current regulations and applicable laws. Representing the company in the scientific forum. Responding to medical information inquires in the most scientific and ethical ways. Overseeing the function of LPVRP of the affiliates.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead the medical affairs activities at the affiliate level around the strategic business enabling pillars of Launch excellence, life cycle management of products, medical education of HCPs and sales force , scientific engagement with KOLsParticipate in forums with Medical Experts and Medical Societies, enabling creation of scientific advocacy, facilitating inclusions of key products in the treatment guidelinesEnsure the consumers/healthcare professionals who contact for medical information inquiries, receive an appropriate responses in accordance with company procedures, regulations and applicable laws.

    Ensure Pharmacovigilance activities are carried out properly and in accordance with internal processes, regulations and laws.

    Ensuring that all the activities carried out are in line with internal process, applicable codes and regulationsProvide leadership, direction and training to the subordinates, giving feedback and retaining talentsRequirements:
    Graduation in Medicine with valid registration in Medical Council.
    Post-graduation is desirableApproximately 5-7 years' experience in pharmaceutical companies as Manager/Sr Manager . Experience of working in therapeutic areas of Oncology, Respiratory and dermatology is desirable. Regional level (LATAM) experience of working in medical affairs function is desirable.
    Experience of management of medical information and oversight on local pharmacovigilance at regional level.
    English and Portuguese language requiere. Spanish language is desirable.
