    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer (L2) to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 IT support to end users, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.


    The ideal candidate will have experience working with various technologies including system hardware, application software, and operating systems. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

    • Provide Level 2 IT support to end users through phone calls or emails,
