    As a seasoned Digital Marketing/Customer Relationship Management Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's digital marketing efforts and customer relationship initiatives. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships with customers and drive business growth through innovative strategies.

    Your key responsibilities include managing digital channels, developing retention and loyalty actions, and structuring customer-centric solutions. You will also be tasked with creating key account management programs, segmenting customers, and designing loyalty programs. Additionally, you will analyze customer databases to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with CRM objectives.

    To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, customer segmentation, and loyalty program design. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret complex data sets. A degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with a specialization in Market Intelligence being an added advantage.
