About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to collaborate closely with our client and project managers in defining and executing test strategies and plans. You will lead the creation and execution of test scenarios, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure the highest quality of software applications through proactive regression testing and close collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define comprehensive test strategies that align with business objectives
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional aspects of software applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and project management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements
• Lead the creation and execution of test scenarios, leveraging various testing methodologies and techniques to ensure high-quality software applications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality
• Evaluate and report on test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders to inform product decisions
