    Crypto Banter creates multiple design assets daily for our content platforms. These design thumbnails encapsulate the story in an eye-catching manner and act as marketing assets.

    1. Lead a high-performance design team of three, managing end-to-end execution of daily visual assets while collaborating with the Lead Art Director to maintain "Brilliance or Nothing" standards.
    2. Conceptualise viral storytelling: Translate complex crypto news into punchy YouTube thumbnails that encapsulate the story in an urgent manner possible.
    3. Rapid news translation & relay: Spearhead daily morning briefing calls to digest market moves and breaking stories, distilling insights into actionable creative briefs.
    4. Optimise performance & CTR: Apply deep understanding of YouTube backend mechanics and audience psychology to create impactful packages winning clicks.
