    Job Description


    Strong relationship with key customers, partners and distributors to develop public and private markets, promote the New Business portfolio of Dahua in all region under your responsibility.

    Respect and teamwork aligned with the general company politics, KPI ́s and sales Target.

    Responsibilities

    Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met;Develop new partners of responsible region/country and monitoring partners' sales in & out and stock;Responsible for driving sales and daily account management activities with Key Channel Partners;Review and forecast Order/ Inventory/ Sell in / Out data to independently identify new sales opportunities within existing product ranges;Execute and Manage Commercial Strategies (MSRP, Selected Distribution Criteria, partner set evolution in territory, channel compensation scheme);Manage the sales channel which partners cover online and offline;Organize partners, dealers and shop promoters to conduct product training and examination according to the product launch rhythm;Conduct market research, collect and analysis competitive product information, price strategy and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures every month

    Required Skills

    At least five years of channel sales experience.

    Priority will be given to those with memory product business experience;Proficient in business English and able to conduct business negotiations and communication fluently;Be able to independently carry out business development work and have strong market development and sales capabilities;Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and service awareness;Proven ability to sell PC memories, SSD, Flash cards, Pendrives to key distributors and strategic partners;Deep Knowledge of SSD Market as well as competing brands and positioningAble to adapt to business trips.
