Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Yacht Broker role located in Greater Florianopolis. The Yacht Broker will be responsible for facilitating yacht sales, including evaluating client needs, marketing vessels, and managing the sales process from listing to closing. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining client relationships, and staying informed about marine industry trends. The Yacht Broker will also collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in the Boat, Yachting, and Marine Industry
- Understanding of Brokerage and sales processes in the marine market
- Strong Customer Service skills, including client communication and relationship building
- Proficiency in negotiation, marketing, and sales strategy development
- Passion for the yachting lifestyle and familiarity with the needs of yacht buyers and sellers
- Ability to work on-site in Greater Florianopolis with a flexible and dynamic approach
- Prior experience in yacht sales or a related field is considered highly beneficial
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities
