    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist in our remote team. In this position, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between users and our global operations team, ensuring world-class support via Zendesk while contributing to the localized growth of an imaging app.


    Responsibilities include:

    1. Handling user inquiries via Zendesk, providing efficient and professional assistance.

 

2. Documenting and organizing user feedback and technical issues, ensuring timely synchronization with the User Operations team.

 

3. Maintaining close communication with the User Operations team to assist in resolving complex cases.
