    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Commercial Intelligence Manager role based in Porto Alegre, RS, with flexibility for some remote work.

    The Commercial Intelligence Manager will be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing business plans and managing commercial operations.

    Responsabilities:
    Develop and implement commercial intelligence strategies to support business growth.
    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gather intelligence on competitors and customers.
    Analyze market data to provide insights on competitor activity and customer behavior.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing and product strategies.
    Provide regular reports on market trends and competitive intelligence to senior management.
    Manage project financials – budgeting, tracking and reporting actual costs, forecasting project spend.
    Deliver insights and analyze the results of Brand Marketing Activation campaigns in collaboration with category-focused Business Units.
    Proactively search for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships among large amounts of data.

    SkillsProven experience in business intelligence or a related field.
    Experience with agile and waterfall methodology-based projects.

    This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to effectively guide an organization's commercial intelligence activities.

    Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Ability to lead and manage a team of analysts.
    Knowledge of IC and customer mission requirements, acquisition trends.
    Understanding of the intelligence community's budgeting and procurement cycles.\Experience with PowerBI or similar BI tool.
