    Job Description


        • The primary point of contact for guests throughout their temporary accommodation stay.  Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries, requests, or issues arising during their stay. 
    • The Guest Services Coordinator will manage and resolve guest-reported maintenance and service issues efficiently. This may involve liaising with internal teams or external contractors to ensure timely resolution.
