Scientific Training Expert
CAS is seeking an independent consultant to deliver scientific training and product consulting services for its solutions in Latin America.
This contract-based engagement requires the provision of pre- and post-sale technical training and product consulting to users of CAS solutions, including SciFinder, BioFinder, and STNext, with a focus on Life Sciences content.
The consultant will design customized educational content tailored to customer workflows and needs. They will provide product consulting to help customers maximize adoption and value. The expert will also offer insights on AI-driven features within CAS solutions.
To be successful, the ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs. Strong communication skills are necessary as well as familiarity with scientific information platforms.
