Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Site Strategy and Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clinical research sites, ensuring successful site engagement, and performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Job Description
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have experience in clinical research or trial management, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. They must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be proficient in English as well as other languages such as Spanish or Portuguese.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience working within Clinical Research/Site Management/Clinical Trial Settings.
Strong knowledge/understanding of relevant regulations.
Excellent written communication skillset (English) - report writing/project documentation/minutes/presentations.
The ability to work independently/demonstrate problem-solving skills/resolution is desired along-side having an adaptable/reliable attitude towards challenging task priorities/recognition /site visits etc
