Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Controller to play a central role in consolidating the finance function and supporting the sustainable growth of both local and regional operations. The ideal candidate will have strong background in FP&A, treasury, and controllership preferably in fintech payments or digital banking with advanced Excel skills financial modeling and scenario analysis knowledge of BI tools Power BI Tableau or Looker is a plus familiarity with regulatory accounting Bacen compliance is highly desirable proven ability to thrive in dynamic high-growth environments active CRC is a must.Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis Partner with the CFO in financial planning budgeting forecasting variance analysis.
- Treasury Management Lead cash flow funding FX operations financial investments banking relationships ensure liquidity capital efficiency mitigating risks optimizing treasury processes.
