Project Management Specialist - Sorocaba - Prysmian Group

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Specialist for High Voltage projects. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will be responsible for managing contracts and orders related to the supply of materials and/or services for BU High Voltage. Your key objectives include ensuring timely delivery of contracted scope, meeting customer and company needs, and acting as the primary point of contact with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze contracts/orders to ensure thorough understanding of contractual scope, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and implement action plans for contract performance and risk mitigation.
• Conduct meetings and contacts with customers to clarify technical, commercial, and administrative aspects.
• Prepare documents for contract registration in the ERP system, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Evaluate contract progress, preparing physical financial schedules for materials and services.
• Provide spreadsheets and control tools for contract management.
• Facilitate information sharing and documentation compliance with established monitoring needs.
• Manage continuous contract execution, identifying deviations from original planning.
• Anticipate and notify Commercial Management of potential issues and impacts on commercial relationships.
• Monitor inspection processes, technical releases, and customer payments.
• Analyze customer complaints and material returns, providing process support and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with contract management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
