Descrição do Cargo
Estamos em busca de um Analista Júnior de Facilities para atuar em nossa unidade localizada em São Paulo, SP. Este cargo inclui a execução de tarefas diárias relacionadas à gestão e manutenção de instalações, suporte na coordenação de fornecedores e equipes operacionais e monitoramento das condições de infraestrutura. Além disso, o profissional deverá auxiliar na análise de indicadores de desempenho e propor melhorias nos processos para otimizar operações. Este é um cargo de tempo integral e presencial.
Qualificações
- Gestão de Instalações:
Experiência em gerenciamento de fornecedores, manutenção predial e acompanhamento de serviços técnicos. - Habilidades Organizacionais:
Capacidade de monitorar e coordenar diversas atividades simultaneamente com atenção aos detalhes. - Conhecimentos em Indicadores:
Familiaridade com análise de indicadores de desempenho e elaboração de relatórios gerenciais. - Comunicação e Trabalho em Equipe:
Habilidades para manter comunicação clara e colaborar eficazmente com colegas e stakeholders. - Será considerado diferencial experiência anterior em facilities, formação em engenharia ou administração e fluência em um segundo idioma.
